Hello, I'm Gill
So, what life experience do I bring to the table as your coach and therapist?

My early career was in IT - both training and senior management for a multi-national company. I have run my own business and worked in direct sales, so I understand the pressures and challenges of many work environments.

I was married for 21 years, inherited a teenage stepdaughter and went on to have two children of my own. I subsequently divorced, am now an 'empty nester' and have dealt with serious family health issues - so have experienced many life transitions. But perhaps most importantly, I have overcome my own battles with weight and depression caused by early childhood trauma.

I started my personal development journey over 30 years ago and during that time attended many courses and workshops - both for my own personal benefit and for professional development. I have studied many therapeutic models and now use a variety of skills in my coaching, suited to your needs and requirements
