Transformational Therapy is a form of Hypnotherapy that gets brain neurons to change through a process of repetitive words, commands or actions. Recent developments in neuroscience recognise that the brain is capable of developing new neural pathways, referred to as neuroplasticity. It is a practical rather than a medical form of neuroscience, as anything done with repetition creates a pattern or neural network in the brain.
What Transformational Therapy does is identify negative beliefs and replace them with healthy ones, making it a powerful force for overcoming fears, conquering phobias, and for reaching health, wellness, and professional goals. It gives you the staying power to stop smoking, achieve significant weight loss, and resolve many other issues.
Transformational Therapy uses hypnosis and regression as an inroad to these negative beliefs. By entering into a state of deep relaxation it opens a channel of communication between the conscious and unconscious minds as well as an enhanced state for imprinting new, more positive, beliefs. During hypnosis, we experience far more of our brain’s tremendous ability, as compared to what is usually blocked by left brain dominance.
The science behind hypnosis is impressive and growing. Hypnotherapy is becoming more mainstream - the National Health Service here in the UK, now incorporate hypnotherapy into their portfolio of treatments, particularly around anxiety, childbirth and depression.
Process, Duration and Pricing
Sessions can take place either in-person in Liverpool UK or via Zoom and last 2 hours. We will start by discussing the issue you wish to work on and your desired outcome, then move into hypnosis (which is just like a form of deep relaxation). After the session you will receive a recording made specially for you – usually around 15 minutes in length. It is essential that you commit to listening to this for a minimum of 21 days as this is how new beliefs are installed.
One of the major benefits of Transformational Therapy is that many issues can be resolved in a single session, although some may require longer.
You will receive follow-up call after 7 days to see how you are getting on. We will then schedule a call at the end of 21 days to discuss the session and your progress. At this time we will decide if additional sessions are required – these are offered at a reduced rate (if working on the same issue)
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by holding the hands above, or placing them lightly on the body. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping many known illnesses and generally creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. It is a therapy used in some NHS hospitals.
Process, Duration and Pricing
We will start with a brief consultation to discuss the issues you want to work on. I will then invite you to lie on a massage table (fully clothed) in a calm, peaceful setting.
I will then place my hands lightly on or just above specific points on your head, torso, and limbs, holding each position for a few minutes. You might feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or even fall asleep, but it's also normal to feel little to nothing.Afterwards: You may feel very relaxed; it's recommended to drink water and rest to integrate the energy..
